Diners often come for the traditional soto, complemented by an array of side dishes you can choose yourself, ranging from skewers of quail eggs and clams to fried tofu, tempeh, and unique options like omelette with fried cow brain. The lime juice is a refreshing finish to the meal, balancing the savory flavors.

"Good soto kudus menu, reasoable price and nice location but limited parking area"
"Service was so-so, typical lazy staff (waiter, cashier, and parking)."
"The place is spacious, food is tasty, they serve so many satay."
5 this restaurant sells soto kudus, and many other side dishes. the soup is very savory, clear and warm. you can taste the broth well. they have different kinds of additional side dishes which you can pick by yourself, like quail egg skewers, clam skewers, fried tofu, fried tempe, potato fritters, omelette with fried cow brain, and many more. it's good to finish the meal with the lime juice, so refreshing. this restaurant is quite spacious. they have more than enough parking space. you can pay using cards, and QR code. the price is quite expressive, though.
4 It's a good choice to take breakfast at Soto Kudus Blok M. The soup taste was fresh, savory and a little sweet. But unfortunately, the gravy was not hot enough. The value added of this restaurant are a variety of side dishes such as tofu tempeh bacem, fried egg brain, ati gizzard satay, potato cakes, scallop satay and various kinds of chips such as intestine chips, lung chips and crackers. The place itself was cozy and spacious. It is located in South Jakarta.
5 The best soto kudus in town. One of the go to places if you like soto in Jakarta that is not the santen or betawi kind of soup. Their Tempe bacem is so so good. Soft, juicy and sweet. So, so good. Add tahu, perkedel and some kerupuk with your soto and rice and it’s a really good meal. Just a word of warning the soto kudus portion itself is quite small. You could eat 2 bowls easily.
5 Nestled on Jl. Wijaya 1 No. 44 in South Jakarta, Soto Kudus Blok M has been a culinary institution since its inception in 1978. What began as a modest Soto trade under a makeshift tent near Terminal Blok M has blossomed into a renowned dining destination with multiple branches across Jakarta. What distinguishes Soto Kudus Blok M from its counterparts is the unparalleled freshness of its signature dish, Soto. The broth, crafted from tender chicken and infused with the aromatic essence of fried garlic, is nothing short of enchanting. Each spoonful reveals tender chicken pieces and crisp bean sprouts, bathing in a broth that's both comforting and invigorating. But the allure of Soto Kudus Blok M extends beyond its delectable broth. Diners are treated to an array of tantalizing side dishes to complement their Soto experience. From the succulent quail egg satay to the crispy fried tempeh, every accompaniment is a testament to the restaurant's dedication to flavor and quality. Adventurous eaters will appreciate the opportunity to indulge in delicacies like cow's brain omelette, adding a unique and savory dimension to their meal.Of course, no Soto feast would be complete without classic accompaniments like perkedel and salted egg, providing the perfect balance of textures and flavors to elevate the dining experience. For aficionados of Indonesian cuisine, Soto Kudus Blok M is a must-visit destination. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or a curious newcomer, prepare to embark on a culinary journey that celebrates tradition, flavor, and the rich heritage of Indonesian cuisine.
4 Strategic, practical, people come here for the food and the food didn't disappoint. Some selections of oldies snacks and drinks revvs up nostalgia.
4 Old but bold restaurant. Pros: 1. Good for groups. Even though in a state of full capacity, dining room temperature still maintained. 2. Savory and tasty broth. 3. Try their new wedang uwuh, real good. Cons: 1. Small parking capacity and no shelter. 2. Taste not as good as the old days ago. Getting sweeter recently. 3. Quite pricey for small size soto (chicken broth soup).
4 They serve delicious Soto Kudus (with vegetables and your choice of beef or chicken), along with fries and several tasty add-ons. My favorite is the Sate Kerang — really flavorful and highly recommended. The parking area fits up to six cars, and the dining space is quite spacious, although it can get a bit crowded during lunchtime. Overall, a great place for a comforting bowl of Soto Kudus!
4 Soto Kudus is an absolutely must try! It’s served in a small bowl, perfect for 1 Person. They have a variety of condiments on the side, like quail egg skewers, potato cake, and Indonesian Kerupuk (crackers). The service might be a bit rushed this restaurants Soto doesn’t have organized seating or tables for big groups. It’s more like a casual, family-friendly warung. Even though the dishes are basic, Soto Kudus is my personal favorite. Their rawon is especially amazing!
The highlight is their savory Soto Kudus soup, served with a variety of unique side dishes like quail egg skewers, fried tofu, and tempe bacem.
It fits both well—whether you want a quick, satisfying bowl of soup or a relaxed sit-down meal with several side dishes.
